Care Focused on You
Primary Care at Sky’s the Limit uses a nontraditional family practice model. We do not manage 3,000+ patients like most offices. We care for less than 10% of that many patients. Our goal is to be readily available to take outstanding care of a finite number of individuals.
A Personal Touch - We get to really know you. We have longer appointment times that allow us the opportunity to thoroughly understand your medical history and current health issues. We want to make solid plans optimize your health and wellness.
Appointment Times
Quick Access to Appointment Times - When you are ill or having a medical situation you will not wait weeks to be seen. We always keep same day and next day appointments available for established patients. We want you to begin the proper treatment and get well as soon as possible. Minimal Wait Times - We see you at your appointed time, take care of your needs efficiently, and get you back to spending your time as you wish.
Access to Care
Direct Communication - Our electronic medical record, Tebra, offers secure direct messaging and online schedule requests. This ensures that your message/request gets to us and is addressed. If electronic communication is not for you, we also answer the phone. Established patients that need some health guidance outside of office hours have a private phone number to reach out for quick advice. Remote Urgent Situations - If you are out of town (or local) and have a medical situation but can’t make it to the office we are still available to you. We offer tele-health visits through the Tebra Tele-health link.

Fees
Dr. Weaver is not 'in network' with private insurances or signed up with Medicare/Medicaid. Interference and influence by these groups in your health care is counterproductive, in our opinion.
Our patients establish with the practice by completing an in-depth executive wellness physical exam for an upfront fee. As we complete that exam we create our plan to optimize your health for the coming year. We can provide documentation with billing codes to submit for reimbursement to private insurances. Sky’s the Limit can accept HSA (Health Savings Account) cards for payment of visit fees.
Establishing
At this time we offer several wellness exams to establish care. The Sky's Yearly Executive Wellness Exam for Medicare or Medicaid Beneficiary. This wellness exam carries the benefit of an all inclusive (with few restrictions) access to the practice. The Sky's Yearly Executive Wellness Exam for Individuals between the ages of 12 and 64. This wellness exam carries the option to select all inclusive (with few restrictions) access to the practice or pay as you go access.
